Welcome to Artistic Amusements Studio (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, participation in our public and private art events, and the purchase of products or services from us.

By accessing our website or booking an event, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage, disable, or impair our services.

2. Event Bookings & Registration

Public Events

  • Registration is required in advance unless otherwise stated.

  • Full payment is required to reserve your seat.

  • Seating may be limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
     

Private Events

  • A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

  • Remaining balances must be paid by the agreed-upon due date.

  • Final headcount and event details must be confirmed prior to the event.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel events at our discretion.
 

3. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Public Events

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event may receive a credit toward a future event.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
     

Private Events

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive either a full refund or credit.
 

4. Products & Online Sales

All product sales are subject to availability. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit quantities

  • Refuse or cancel orders

  • Correct pricing errors

Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery and items must be unused and in original condition.
 

5. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, logos, photographs, event concepts, and content on this website are the property of Artistic Amusements Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Purchasing a ticket or artwork does not grant reproduction rights.
 

6. Event Conduct & Liability

By attending our events, you agree to:

  • Conduct yourself respectfully

  • Follow instructor guidance and venue policies

  • Use materials responsibly

Artistic Amusements Studio is not liable for:

  • Personal injury

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Allergic reactions to art materials

  • Damages caused by participant negligence

Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
 

7. Alcohol Policy

Some events may be hosted at venues that serve alcohol. Guests are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and venue policies. We do not assume responsibility for alcohol consumption.
 

8. Photography & Media

We may photograph or record portions of events for promotional purposes. By attending, you grant Artistic Amusements Studio permission to use images or videos in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
 

9. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
 

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law in the State of South Carolina, Artistic Amusements Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
 

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in South Carolina.
 

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
